NATURAL CHARM WITH HIGH FIRE PROTECTION
System kess is highly resistant to fire and it is biologically and ecologically safe.
For environmental and fire-protection reasons, we use polyurethane rather than polystyrene. Polyurethane is of low flammability. It complies with fire protection class EUROCLASS B-s1, d0.
Explanations:
- B = very limited contribution to fire
- s1 = limited amount of smoke development
- d0 = no burning droplets or particles within 600 seconds
Safe and reliable
Our brick façades use polyurethane as insulating material, which is classified as having low flammability (fire protection class B1). In combination with the extraordinary adhesive tensile strength, the System kess is the ETICS preferred by many building contractors and public property developers. In our times now, security is of the highest importance!
Environmentally friendly and low flammability
SBI testing according to DIN EN 13501-1:2019-05 is used as the evaluation standard for the fire behaviour of building materials at the European level. In this test our brick façades with thermal insulation achieve the best result just after “non-combustible”: B-s1, d0 (very limited contribution to fire).
